Roofing Your Mind





                Roofing is the act of covering the upper part or top of a building. For a roof to be needed there must be a building. A building is not yet completed until the top is covered, which is the roof.
                Your mind is a structure or wall put together to construct a building ,roofing your mind brings cover to your inner man from access to unfiltered messages, shielding your mind is necessary for your personal inner growth so that you won’t be moved with everything that comes your way. Let every ideas make use of the door to your mind, create an access control.
                How can I create access control to my mind?
1.       Reading your bible always and daily (Joshua 1:8,Psalms 119:105)
2.       Read books that boost your mind positively  not just any book
3.       Pray always (2 Thessalonians 5:17)
4.       Make your mind/body presentable (Romans 12:1)
5.       Above all accept the lordship of Jesus Christ.
As you roof your mind today, may you have a life changing experience in Jesus name. Amen

A DOT OF ENCOURAGEMENT

    A young lady full of passion to work and service in the vineyard of God was called upon to lead a praise and worship section during a youth program in a church, full of passion she boldly accepted and took the microphone to sing, she was going off key and off key, amazingly some people started laughing among the choir, congregation etc. Dejection came into her accompanied with shame, she ended the praise and worship section before the allotted time, waited some few minutes, carried her bag,left never did she come back to that church  again. A member noticed her absence, saw her in town and told her I know why you have not been coming to church,  she replied " You people are not encouraging ". Ladies and gentlemen, are you among those people that make jest of people mistake?
